A new day, and the start of a new training block. With such a light week last week, my TSB really made a jump (circled in red). It won't be that high for at least a month. It doesn't take much for TSB to rise though, a day off here and there mixed with some recovery rides and/or keeping the watts on the low side of your endurance pace.
Time to start my Core training program. No rest for the weary.
