Maybe its some poorly disguised tracking device, some new part of the Patriot Act. Either that or the frame is so light it can double as a refrigerator magnet :)

Hmmm. Part of the Patriot Act. That could explain the black helicopters, and the unmarked SUVs that follow me around.
