Today started my last week full week of base training. How did I start it off? With a day off the bike...how's that for a commitment to training?
Seriously though, the weather wasn't really ideal, and...my legs just felt kinda heavy. I took it as a sign to take a break, even though I don't like taking my only day off this early on in the week. Tomorrow I'll be back at it, and finish out the week strong.
